Hello!

My name is Aiman Misuari Ulanday aka “man” a martial arts enthusiast and a film
making/movie fanatic. I was born a raised in Saudi Arabia, I was there for 15 years and
migrated here in the Philippines to continue my studies. I have two siblings and I’m the
eldest. and at the moment, I am a working student. I am privileged to be working with
great people and a great company as a multi-media content producer. Currently I am
the team lead of the creative team, I handle 6 super talented graphic artist and video
editors. Basically, my team is responsible for the making of marketing assets for the
company from photo and video advertisements, company AVPs and etc. What I love to
do is to watch and analyze movies, appreciating unique and creative cinematography
and deep hidden meanings in movies. My favorite movie of all time is "Interstellar”
directed by Christopher Nolan and acted by Matthew McConaughey. The actors were
exceptional and the musical scores played in the movie are amazing, but what I truly
love in this movie is the cinematography how Christopher Nolan and his team created a
scenery that may be true or not in space. Aside from movies I am also a martial artist, I
practice Brazilian Jujitsu as a hobby. I’ve competed once in Cebu but I lost, but it’s
okay, because of that defeat it made me fall in love more in the sport I learned and
trained and met new amazing people, plus it’s really helpful in keeping my body and
mind in healthy shape. I see myself 10 years from now as a renowned film director.
Since I was in high school I wanted to be a director, I want to see my name in the big
screens and be working with amazing actors and also be recognized for creating
compelling stories. I chose to be in the BA communication because I believe this can
provide me enough skills and knowledge to be an effective communicator, because to
be a great storyteller you have to be a great communicator.
