Subject: Recovery of Govt. dues in favour of Md Ismail, Sr Acctt. In respect of occupation of Qrt.No. 158,
Block----, Type-III, locality, Kolkata.

Sir,

I am to state that Md Smail, Sr. Accountant of your office has accepted the offer of allotment and also
collected Authority Slip to get occupation from the CPWD authority on 13.04.2021. Accordingly, his licence fee
account has been checked and it is observed that no recovery of licence fee has since been updated by your
DDO till date and a sum of Rs.---/- is found recoverable from him as on date as per enclosed statement.

You are, therefore, requested to arrange recovery of said dues from Md Ismail, if not recovered
earlier and update through online(e-sampada) only under intimation to this office. If no recovery is updated
within 15 days of issue of this letter, action as per Allotment rule will be initiated without any further
reference.
