    GREETINGS!

    This refers to your letter dated September 11, 2020 which was received by our office last
    February 5, 2021 addressed to our former Governor, Datu Pax S. Mangudadatu, Al Haj, Ph.D.
    requesting for a certification that Hexamindz Corporation still has an Account Receivables from our
    office.

    Please be informed that, per our records kept on file, the Provincial Government of
    Sultan Kudarat had already paid the said corporation in full the amount of P70, 152, 103.61 cost
    of project for the concreting of Lambayong-New Cebu-Zeneben Road last March 28, 2018 yet.
    Thus, Attached herewith is the certification of our Provincial Accountant for your information
    and reference.

    Hoping that this will give you enough information as to your claim against the said
    corporation.
