This has reference to Executive Order No. 52 entitled “AN ORDER RE-EXTENDING THE
IMPLEMENTATION OF MODIFIED GENERAL COMMUNITY QUARANTINE IN
THE PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT UNTIL OCTOBER 15, 2020” issued by the
undersigned on September 30, 2020.

Please be informed that among the provisions in the said Order is the deferment of classes, both
in the elementary and high school, as contained in Section 21 thereof, with the objective of
preventing the recurrence of sharp rise of COVID-19 cases in the province and further avoiding
contamination by our people while protecting them from this dreaded disease.

We are cognizant of the fact that the province of Sultan Kudarat is the only local government
unit in the country which has these classes deferment. However, please be informed that the
Schools Division Superintendent of Department of Education – Sultan Kudarat and the City of
Tacurong are all aware of this deferment and they are complying with the said Order.

In view of this, it is hereby enjoined that you comply with the said Order.
