SUBJECT UPDATE IN THE CONDUCT 0F THE ORIENTATION ON THE

PROGRAM FOR NEO & LGA MONITORING & EVALUATION
FOR PROGRAM MANAGERS

We are pleased to inform you that the venue for the conduct Of the Orientation on the Program
for NEO & LGA Monitoring & Evaluation for Program Managers scheduled on June 13-15,
2022 will be held at ACE HOTEL AND SUITES located at United Street cor. Brixton Street,
Brgy. Kapitolyo, Pasig City.

Please note that the activity will start promptly at 08:30 AM, June 13, 2022 (Monday). Thus,
we expect the partieipants to be at the venue a day before the start of the activity. Participants
may check in on June 12 not earlier than 2:00 p.in. and check out is on June 16 after breakfast.
Participants are encouraged to bring their laptops to be used during the activfty. Likewise,
participants are expected to bring their own face masks and observe minimum public health
standards as provided for under Alert Level 1.

Additionally, we would like to request that you bring your approved LGU Regional
lmplementation Plan for 2022 PPAs for submission, if your office has yet to submit said
document. This is alisned with our initial agreements during the One-on-One Regional
Consultations that we held last April and May eariier this year. Further, we also hope to receive
the reports on liduidation of funds and accomplishments as of the month of May 2022. These
will be facilitative in processing the transfer of allocated funds for the implementation for LGU
CapDev Programs, including the Program for NEO.
