I BACKGROUND

The undersigned personnel was invited to the Serbisyo Caravan at

Brgy. Casambalangan, Municipality of Sta. Ana, Province of Cagayan, conducted by the
DILG, Cagayan.

II HIGHLIGHTS OF THE ACTIVITY/ TRAVEL

The undersigned personnel discussed RA 8371 known as the IPRA

Law since there are Agta participants from Sitio Domasag, Casambalangan,
furthermore highlighted the Ancestral Domain area of Agta IPs in Sta. Ana, Cagayan
includes Sitio Dumasag, Barangay Casambalangan, Nangaramoan and Palaui Island,
San Vicente. Also, those projects are being implemented in the above-mentioned
Ancestral Domain areas.

III WAYS FORWARD/ ACTION PLAN

- Continuous IEC on RA 8371 known as the IPRA Law for proper

dissemination.

The undersigned personnel attended and participated in the 3 rd

Regional Management Conference at Ramon, Isabela

II HIGHLIGHTS OF THE ACTIVITY/ TRAVEL

The undersigned personnel assisted in the facilitation of the three

(3) day Regional Management Conference and facilitated the registration of the
participants. The above-mentioned activity was attended by the Head of Provincial
Offices of NCIP, Region 02, and CSC Heads, wherein they presented the status reports
of the Projects implemented in their area as well as the Ancestral Domain Visitation for
the CY 2022. Likewise, the TMSD and AFSD stated their observations based on the
said presentations. Finally, the instructions and suggestions of the Regional Director
were undertaken for the better delivery of the services of the Office.

II HIGHLIGHTS OF THE ACTIVITY/ TRAVEL

The undersigned personnel facilitated the 3 rd Regional

Management Conference for three (3) days. Furthermore, documented the entire
duration of the activity. The above-mentioned activity was attended by Provincial
Officers of NCIP, R02, and CSC Heads, wherein they presented their updates on
Projects implemented within their jurisdiction. Likewise, the financial updates and status
were presented by AFSD as well as the projects approved by NCIP Central Office for
the year 2023. Eventually, the Regional Director delivered his final instructions and
suggestions for improvements in office services and deliveries.

- To act in accordance with the recommendations and suggestions of the

Regional Director re: Project Implementations and other Admin concerns.

The undersigned personnel presented the Accomplishment Reports

of Cagayan CSC from the 1st quarter-3rd quarter for CY 2022. The presentation includes

1. Malaueg and Agta Delineation at Rizal, Cagayan;
2. ADSDPP Formulation of Agta AD in Sanchez Mira, and Sta. Ana, Cagayan;
3. Livelihood- Banana Production and Seed Capital at Rizal, Cagayan in
response to the implementation of PTF-ELCAC;
4. Communal Rice Production at Joaquin Dela Cruz, Camalaniugan;
5. General Assembly for EAP grantees;
6. IP Health;
7. COC;
8. IPMR;
9. IPLAF; and
10. Ancestral Domain Visitation for the CY 2022
