1. Reference: Memorandum from Chief of Staff, NPTI dated January 6, 2023

with subject: Rehearsal re Simultaneous Oath-Taking, Donning and Pinning of Ranks of
2nd Level Uniformed Personnel under the CY 2022 Regular Promotion Program.

2. In connection with above reference, please be informed that around 9:00 AM

of January 10, 2023, the five (5) newly promoted PNCOs of this training center headed
by PCMS Joseph E Uy, Jr, attended the Simultaneous Oath-Taking, Donning and
Pinning of Ranks of 2nd Level Uniformed Personnel under the CY 2022 Regular
Promotion Program via Zoom Platform duly assisted by their loved ones and personnel
of this training center headed by PCOL GIOVANNI A MUSICO, Chief, TC Caraga, held
at the Stage of Regional Training Center Caraga, Camp George T Barbers, Brgy.
Lipata, Surigao City. Said activity was hosted and conducted by NPTI personnel with
PMGEN RITCHIE MEDARDO A POSADAS, Director, NPTI, as the Administering
Officer held at the NPTI Function Room 1, NPTI Headquarters, Camp BGen P Lim,
Brgy. Mayapa, Calamba City, Laguna.
