Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out to you on behalf of the
Charlie Company of the ongoing Basic Internal Security Operations Course (BISOC) CL
2023-02-013-R3-051-055 "SAMBISIG" at the BISOC Campsite in Brgy. Ayala, Magalang,
Pampanga, comprising three hundred thirty (330) trainees.
As an integral component of our training, we are enthusiastic about conducting a
Community Immersion Program (CIP) aimed at honing positive community development
and strengthening interpersonal relationships with the public. In pursuit of our
commitment to personal and professional growth, we are seeking potential sponsorships
and donations to support the implementation of this program, scheduled to take place in
Brgy. Calancuasan Sur, Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija from January 20 to 24, 2024.
The proposed activities planned by our company during the CIP include:

✓ Feeding Program
✓ Lectures on PNP community programs, updates on relevant laws (RA 11313, RA
9262, KKDAT, RA 9165 and NTF ELCAC)
✓ Lectures on Self Defense, Arresting and Handcuffing Techniques.
✓ Gift-Giving Activities for children (school supplies)
✓ Livelihood Programs
✓ Distribution of food packs for homeless families
✓ Distribution of Medical Supplies (medicines, first aid kits)
✓ Clean-up Drive and Tree Planting Activities
✓ Libreng Gupit
✓ Basic Sports Clinic and Equipment (basketball ball, volleyball ball, basketball ring
and volleyball net)

contribute to the positive outcomes of our Community Immersion Program.
