SUBJECT: 2022 JOINT BSoP and GSP CHRISTMAS CAMPORAL/ENCAMPMENT

1. In response to the Division Memorandum no. __, s. 2022 which is the CONDUCT DISTRICT/CAMPORAL and
CLUSTER BSP SCHOOL CAMPOREES/GSP ENCAMPMENT, the BSoP and GSP Bulan 1 District is pleased to
announce the conduct of the 2022 BSoP Encampment/Camporal on December 01-03, 2022 at Namo
Elementary School Namo, Bulan, Sorsogon with the theme: “Commitment to Excellence.”

2. The Aims and Objectives:

2.1 The Encampment/Camporal aims to provide a progressive, safe and enjoyable learning environment for the
scouts in order to enhance their physical, social, mental, emotional, and spiritual potentials.

2.2 Promote the highest quality of scouting that is faithful to the mission, principles and methods of Scouting.

2.3 Undergo program and activities that will cater to the fulfilment of the requirements of the selected merit
badges and scout ranks under the advancement schemes.

2.4 Develop the scouts’ life skills through team building, cooperative learning, group dynamics, survival skills,
and decision-making skills.

3. A camp registration of Fifty Pesos (150.00) shall be charged each participants to defray expenses for the
certificates, program materials, and other administrative expenses.

4. Participants must be:

a. Currently registered with the BSoP and GSP,
b. Physically and mentally fit,
c. With parental consent,
d. And of good moral character.

5. Food provision, tentages and transportation shall be shouldered by the participating schools.

6. The usual support and cooperation of all concerned is earnestly enjoined for maximum participation.
