Mission:

The mission of the Barangay Bucal Children's Association

is to nurture and empower the children of our community,
ensuring their well-being, holistic development, and a
brighter future. We aim to create a safe and nurturing
environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive.

Vision:

Our vision for the Barangay Bucal Children's Association

is to be a beacon of hope and inspiration for every child in our
community. We aspire to provide opportunities for their
physical, emotional, and intellectual growth, helping them
become responsible, compassionate, and successful
individuals who contribute positively to society.

Goals:
Holistic Development:
To foster the holistic development of children in Barangay Bucal,
addressing their physical , emotional and cognitive needs.

Education and Skill Enhancement:

To provide access to quality education, skill building programs, and
learning resources that empower children to reach their full potential.

Safe and Inclusive Environment:

To create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where children can
express themselves, build meaningful relationships, and develop a strong sense
of belonging.

Health and Well-Being:

To ensure the physical and mental well-being of children by promoting
healthy lifestyles, regular health check-ups, and access to essential healthcare
services.

Character Building:
To instill values such as responsibility, respect, kindness and integrity,
helping children become positive contributors to their community.

Community Engagement:
To encourage active involvement of children in community initiatives and
social activities, fostering a sense of civic responsibility.

Parent and Guardian Support:

To collaborate with parents and guardians in the development of
children, providing guidance, resources and parenting education.

Advocacy and Awareness:

To advocate for children’s rights and raise awareness about the
importance of their well-being in our community.

By pursuing these goals, the Barangay Bucal Children’s Association

aspires to create a brighter and more promising future for the children of our
barangay.

that each child brings to our association. By practicing respect, we
create a safe and inclusive environment where every child's voice is
heard and honored.

Honesty and Integrity:

We uphold the principles of honesty and integrity in all our actions. We

encourage our members to be truthful, transparent, and accountable for their
words and deeds. By fostering a culture of honesty, we build trust within our
association and the broader community.

Courage to Learn and Grow:

We inspire our children to embrace new challenges and opportunities

with courage. We believe that through facing their fears and taking risks, they
can learn, grow, and develop essential life skills. We encourage them to be
resilient, curious, and adventurous, knowing that with courage, they can
overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.

These core values will serve as a strong foundation for the Barangay
Bucal Children's Association, guiding its mission, vision, and activities, while also
instilling these important character traits in the children involved
