A RESOLUTION EARNESTLY RECOMMENDING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF

SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT CORDILLERA ADMINISTRATIVE
REGION (DSWD-CAR) THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND
DEVELOPMENT PROVINCE OF ABRA (DSWD-ABRA), THE REACTIVATION OF
LINGLING S. CASTRO OF BRGY. AMTI, BOLINEY, ABRA AS PANTAWID
PAMILYANG PILIPINO PROGRAM (4Ps) BENEFICIARY

WHEREAS, presented for the consideration and proper action of these august Body
is the request of LINGLING S. CASTRO of Brgy. Amti, Boliney, Abra for reactivation as
a Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) Beneficiary;
WHEREAS, LINGLING S. CASTRO belongs to an extremely poor household in Brgy.
Amti, Boliney, Abra. She is an unemployed widow with two (2) children under her
care, as such, she is in dire need of assistance in the provision of educational and
health care needs of her children;
WHEREAS, cognizant of the need for Lingling Castro and her children to break free
from poverty, this august body strongly recommends the reactivation of LINGLING S.
CASTRO as Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program beneficiary;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Dominador I. Sianen, with the unanimous
accord of the members of the Municipal Advisory Committee present; BE IT:
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to recommend the reactivation of
LINGLING S. CASTRO of Brgy. Amti, Boliney, Abra as Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino
Program beneficiary.
RESOLVED FINALLY, to forward copies of this resolution to the DSWD-CAR through
DSWD-ABRA for their information and appropriate action.
