    NO. 01 Series of 2013 A RESOLUTION STATING THE NEED TO CONDUCT COMMUNITY COOKING IN LIEU OF CATERING WHEREAS, the Department of Social Welfare and Development conducted a 4Ps Municipal Transition Planning with the different department heads of this local government unit last June 19, 2013; WHEREAS, said activity requires catering services to provide meals and snacks for the participants, however, there are no registered catering services operating within this municipality; WHEREAS, the attendees of the said activity hereby authorizes, Mrs. Erlinda S. Stimson as payee for the payment of meals and snacks served during the activity in the absence of a registered caterer; NOW THEREFORE, on motion of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer with the unanimous accord of the members of the 4Ps Municipal Action Team present; RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the attendees of the activity to authorize Mrs. Erlinda S. Stimson as payee for the payment of meals and snacks served during the Municipal Transition Planning. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY, June 19, 2013 at Boliney, Abra.
