1. NO REFUND IS ALLOWED. Request for substitution of participants will be allowed only until
15 September 2023. No request for substitution will be entertained beyond this date.

2. Participants will have to take care of their own travel and board/lodging arrangements. A list
of available hotels is attached with this communication.
