IMPORTANT: Present a printed copy of this Confirmation Slip together with the bank deposit slip and School IDs of the
participants to the venue.
1. Provide your school head or finance unit a copy of this Registration Confirmation Slip (RCS).
2. Deposit the amount of P 1,600.00 right away to avoid cancellation of your reservation.
NOTE: Payment channels other than BPI like LBC is discouraged because PEAC has no means of verifying the
payment.
3. Write CAQ190151 and BOHOL PROVINCE INSTITUTE directly on the validated deposit slip.
4. Take a picture or scan the deposit slip and email a clear copy to: register.orientation@peac.org.ph
For the EMAIL SUBJECT, type CAQ190151 and BOHOL PROVINCE INSTITUTE.
5. Check your registered email (azinejte@gmail.com), including SPAM/JUNK folder, for updates and other
announcements.
6. Inform the teacher-registrants that training details will be sent to them through their email addresses. They should
check the inbox and spam folder.
Deposit only the exact amount of P 1,600.00 indicated in this RCS. If you have registered multiple times and generated
multiple RCSs, you must make separate deposits for each RCS generated. WE DO NOT ALLOW COMBINED
PAYMENTS FOR SEVERAL REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION SLIPS. Doing so will result in delayed processing of your
registration because of the following reasons:
Each event has a dedicated BPI Account details (account name and account number).
Each event has a separate secretariat that will handle the event's logistics and budget.
Official receipts will be issued separately for each event.
In connection to the foregoing, the following events are treated as separate events:
Whole-day session on the ESC and TSS Guidelines and Revised Certification Assessment Instrument (CAI)
Half-day session on the ESC and TSS Guidelines and the Information Management System (IMS)
Half-day session on the SHS Voucher Program Guidelines and the Voucher Management System (VMS)
