ADDENDUM TO THE ARTICLES OF PARTNERSHIP

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE REPRESENTS:

This agreement made and entered into by and among:

PERCIVAL TASIC LANDA, of legal age, Filipino, single, and residing at 3296 2nd
Street V. Mapa, Sta.Mesa, Manila

JONEL UBERAS AQUINO, of legal age, Filipino, single, and residing at 126 Sta.
Catalina St., Brgy. Sienna Sta Mesa Heights, Quezon City

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, pursuant to Article II of the Articles of Partnership of AMC Biz

Solutions & Co., the primary purpose for which the partnership is formed is to organize
a General Professional Partnership with the purpose of engaging in the professional
practice of business process outsourcing activities such as but not limited to
accounting, auditing, payroll, bookkeeping, taxation and other outsourcing services.

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, pursuant to Article II of the Articles of Partnership of AMC Biz

Solutions & Co., the Partners hereby undertake to include/add secondary purpose:
“to engage in the development, operation, marketing and management of a business
center and ancillary related business services; whether both be conjunct with or
independent from the other and whether the business undertaking shall be on its own
or in partnership or joint venture with other persons or parties or juridical entities as
the case may be permitted by law; except the management of funds, portfolio and
similar assets of the managed firm or entity;”

WHEREAS, at the partners’ meeting held on July 30, 2023 at the principal office
of the partnership, the partners of AMC Biz Solutions & Co., as of said date accepted
the amendment of Article II of the Articles of Partnership;

NOW, THEREFORE, the partners of AMC Biz Solutions & Co. as of said date
accept the amendement of Article II of the Articles of Partnership.
