Hello, my name is María Santos and I am 66 years old.

1R/= I usually need help with cleaning the house and

cooking, as the heat from the food gives me headaches and

dizziness.

2R/=Mentally fit, I still play word search puzzles, I also like

to read and play board games with my grandchildren.

3R/= I'm not 100 percent in great shape but even at 66 I try
to walk a little in the morning.

4R/= I would worry that my health would worsen or that I

would get an illness that would take me to the hospital.

5R/= This varies since many times I feel happy and positive
and there are days where I feel a little sad.

6R/= I could say that healthily I don't feel good or bad and I

hope to continue like this.

Hello, my name is Norkys Santos and I asked
my aunt María Santos, who is 66 years old, a
few questions about how she felt at her age.
She told me that she needs help with the
housework and that often the heat from the
food gave her headaches and dizziness. She
also told me that she stays mentally fit by
playing word search puzzles and board
games with her grandchildren. As for his
good physical shape, he would go for a walk
in the mornings. At her age, she worries that
