Basic Eligibility Criteria:

Academic /
• Bachelor / Master (or above) Degree MBA/BBA/MPA/BS(CS)/MCS duly recognized by HEC.
Professional
• Preference will be given to candidates having relevant certification.
Qualification:

• At-least 15 years of post-qualification relevant professional experience in comparable

position in a reputed private/public sector organization.
Experience:
• Including 07 Years of relevant experience in any reputable Public Sector organization
• Must possess verifiable experience.
 Must have Public Procurement Rules & Regulations Skills.
 Must have Procurement Automation, ERP, and Strategic Procurement Management Skills.
 Budgeting, audit & inspection management Skills
 Excellent communication, Planning and coordination skills.
Other Skills/ Expertise/  Ability to manage a medium/large size Units, through team management, interpersonal
Knowledge Required: skills, negotiation and influencing skills
 Strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of IT, Banking and supply chain
 Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively, particularly
while dealing with work related ambiguities & conflicts
 Must have knowledge/understanding of ERP systems
 Have managerial/supervisory skills to manage a team of multiple staff/offices
Outline of Main Duties / Job Responsibilities:
 Propose and implement automation of procurements in ZTBL in compliance to PPRA rules & regulations
 Team Management, Vendor Management
 Interaction with clients in smooth and professional manner

applicable or 60% marks where percentage (conventional system) applies.
