human being, while movement and methodical physical exercise save it and
preserve  it.” -Plato. Strike me the most because it is true that when a body is
lacked by physical movements it will really go down or become weak. Because I
myself experienced the same thing. When I was in my high school years. I wasn’t
really fond or engaged in exercising or to any physical movements. As to cut the
story short, I was obese that time and every time me and my friends decided to jog
or walk for awhile, I can immediately feel my body became weak. As years passed
by I realized that if I remain in this type of living there will be a possibility that my
body would collapse. Year 2019 the strike of the virus called Covid-19 was my
wake up call to live a life being healthy. Due to lockdowns we where forced to stay
at home. My routine that time was sleeping, watching kdrama, scrolling to my
social media accounts. One time while I scrolling in my youtube. I was stopped at
a famous fitness trainor, while I was watching her videos I was amazed how
healthy she was and how toned her muscles and body is. I was inspired to her. I
also started working out day by day. And slowly I saw the progress in me. I started
to lose weight and my body felt lighter. I was happy because I thought that I
couldn’t do it, during my fitness journey a lot of things came to my way but still I
continued and pursued my goal.
