SCHEDULE OF PRESENTATION OF THE 8TH CYCLE


BERF RESEARCH PROPOSALS
To Schools Division Superintendents

1. In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 250, s. 2023, this Office through


the Policy, Planning and Research Division (PPRD) hereby announces the
schedule of presentation with corresponding assigned moderators and
documenters.

2. The Basic Education Research Fund (BERF) grantees are required to submit
their signed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), signed Cost Estimates, BERF
Action Research Proposal, research instrument, and a 5-minute video
presentation. These deliverables shall be submitted on or before May 29,
2023 through bit.ly/8thBERFMOAcostestimates.

3. On the other hand, the assigned moderator in each parallel session seek
support from his/her SDO colleagues who will facilitate the MS Teams. The
MS Teams link shall then be submitted to the Regional Research Committee
(RRC) Secretariat on or before May 29, 2023 at
pprd.calabarzon@deped.gov.ph. Meanwhile, the assigned lead documenter
may identify and recommend a co-documenter but not a school-based
personnel to avoid disruption of classes. The list of co-documenters shall be
submitted to PPRD email with the subject: 8th Cycle BERF Proposal
Presentations Co-Documenter in Group (insert group number).
