Ref: Name of work: Liluah-Widening of Traverser Bay-II from 6 to 7 rail and pit type to surface type with ancillary works at Liluah Workshop Acceptance letter no. ER-CAO-C-HQ-ENGG/02HWHCONII OF 2021-22 / 00954320044794 of 12-11-21. Regarding the subject matter and ref. above it is to be stated that despite repeated request to the agency “ESSEM ENTERPRISE” the work progress is very slow, resulting repeated chasing by workshop authority, and the work is being delayed. Following are the balance work to be completed: Number of side tracks connections balance remaining ~ 06 no.s Out of total 144,7 m rec drain balance remaining — 80.0 m Sump pit cover with 25 mm steel plates 12 no.s completed out of 16 no.s, and moreover total drain to be covered with steel plates, which requires approx.. 72.0 MT of steel plates but only 7.2 MT plates supplied till now, using that above 12 no.s sump pit cover and 24 no.s drain cover completed. iv) Out of 13 nos DSL columns fabrication completed 13 no.s but due to foundation/footings not constructed only 06 no.s erected. ‘y) Balance concreting work to be done ~Muo- 184M? & M25- 64 M° (approx...)
