PLEASE NOTICE: The security excess of 1500€ will be collected at the rental office upon pick
up.

The security excess will be returned in the full amount upon undamaged return of vehicle.

Collection & return of the vehicle.

Pickups and drop offs of the rental car can be carried out 24 hours a day. If the pick-up is
made outside normal business hours, the renter will be charged an extra amount in addition
to the rental cost. You will not be charged if you are not responsible for the delay e.g., due
to a delay in the arrival of the plane.

The vehicle must be returned to the collection point on the specified return date by 10.00
a.m. If the vehicle is returned after 10.00 a.m. there is an extra charge for late drop off.

Cancelation policy

To modify or cancel a reservation, you must contact CRETAGO TRAVEL & CAMPER directly by
email.

If the renter withdraws from the binding reservation, the following cancellation fees are
due:

Cancellations made more than 6 (six) months before the start of the rental are free of
charge.

- From 6 (six) months to 2 (two) months before the start of the rental period: 30% of the
rental amount,

- From 2 (two) months to 30 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental amount,

- From 29th to 20th before the start of the rental period: 70% of the deposit,

- Less than 20 days: the full amount (100%) of the deposit will be withheld.

The handover of vehicle takes about 1,5 hour.

Τhe renter receives the vehicle fully fueled and cleaned, with full water tank. On return, the
vehicle must be fully fueled and cleaned inside, with an empty grey waters tank and empty
toilet cassette. Otherwise, there are costs for the complete filling of the fuel tank, the
interior cleaning, and the toilet cleaning.
