 TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT

1. Our operation Hours 8 AM – 5 PM except Holidays, Visa run. Open only by appointment.
2. The Hirer must leave the passport at the owner of the vehicle as deposit.
3. Over than return date without continue and pay contract the renting fee will change:
0 – 145 cc 250 THB / day, 146 - up cc 400 THB / day. Over renting start from the date of returning,
17:00 / 5 PM. The Hirer responsibility to renew the contract in time.
From 5 PM / 17:00 – Till 8 AM / 8:00 in the morning WE ARE CLOSED, NO SERVICE
AVAILABLE!
4. The bike can ride and use maximum 2 adult person who’(s) is in the contract. The hirer shall utilize
the vehicle only for the purpose of sight-seeing and for legal business touring. Type of gasoline 95 if
the Hirer put other gasoline as mentioned before Hirer must to pay 5.000 THB, and immediately
cancelled the Rental Agreement and Rental fee it is NOT REFUNDABLE.
5. NOT ALLOWED to use the motorbike in the beach. Can’t take out the vehicle from the ISLAND. If to
the engine oil goes some water for any reasons, Hirer violate the Agreement and will be fined from
5.000 THB (depending of the Brand, Model) and finish up the contract.
6. The Hirer is responsible for all damages on the vehicle and helmet caused by him / herself and third
party as well. The vehicle don’t have insurance.
7. Any kind of damage, accident or mechanical issues Hirer has to inform the owner of the bike
immediately. Within the renting period the accidental damage will be repaired we charge exactly the
repair fee.
8. When you have a flat tire, low battery. You must to repair or charge by your own expense. If need to
replace you must to return back the old tire, battery which was originally in the motorbike. In that
case if the Hirer don’t bring back the damaged tire or battery have charge on them because we work
only with quality brand (Have warranty on it). Fine is 500 THB!
9. If the Hirer lost the key 500 THB, lost the remote controller 3000 - 5000 THB and Hirer can get a new
key / remote c. on the same address where from renting the vehicle DURING OPENING HOURS.
10. The vehicle have warranty YES / NO? Next service need before: ………….. Km on the Clock. Hirer must
contact with the owner and the owner takes the vehicle for service what it takes around 1 hour. The
owner return the vehicle to the same address where take it from. In that case if the hirer don’t
contact with the owner before the service period must to pay 10,000 THB because the vehicle will
LOOSE THE WARRANTY.

VISA EXTENSION KOH SAMUI:

If the Hirer need the passport because of VISA EXTENSION to go to Koh Samui:
- A., Address of Rental Company discussed in the date and time can change the vehicle to the
passport and back for free. (From 8 AM – Till 5 PM)
- B., In Thongsala Pier parking discussed in the date and time can change the vehicle to the
passport and back if we accepted your request (This option it’s possible if you inform us of your
schedule 48hrs before at least you’ll plan to go. If you miss this your request will be rejected
automatically). Fee: 300 THB.

VISA RENEWAL OUT OF THE COUNTRY:

If the Hirer need the passport because of VISA RENEWAL Out of the Country:
- A., Address of Rental Company date and time can change the vehicle to passport and back for
free. (From 8 AM – Till 5 PM)
