and conditions set forth herein. The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase
order/contract.

The U.S. Consulate General Surabaya plans to award a contract to the most competitive
bidder/quotation. All bidders must comply with all of our terms and conditions as follows:

• Contractor shall offer the other equal brand that has similar specification.
• All offered item shall be original with the official warranty and we can’t accept the item
from black market.
• Include the delivery to the U.S. Consulate General Surabaya (Jl. Citra Raya Niaga 2,
Surabaya)
• There is no advance/down payment before delivery of the orders.
• USA Government term of payment is net30 days (tempo 30 hari) after goods received and
proper invoice.
• The quote should be still valid in 30 days after the deadline of the submission.
• Please send your quote along with the picture and spec detail of offered item not later than
September 4, 2023 at 16.00
