equipment. Its efficiency and lasting wear depends on effective maintenance and the care taken in its use.

ensure perfect adaptation in the event of replacement.

Before leaving the production factory, this specific model has been subjected to stringent trials to ensure
maximum reliability.

them with the relative bolts. Remove the four blocks, the two socket head screws and insert the forks.
Reposition the safety rods and the socket screws, make the hydraulic connections (as described in the

In the event of problems or if operations are to be undertaken that are not specifically described
in this manual consult TVH or the retailer.

Before carrying out maintenance on the grippers remove the key from the control panel of the
truck to avoid any accidental movement, pull the hand brake and operate the level to eliminate
hydraulic pressure.

For safety reasons arbitrary adaptations or modifications to the equipment are prohibited.

Daily
• Check the load retaining potential.
• Check that there is no oil leakage from the pipes, connections or cylinders.

Weekly
• Check that all the screws are well tightened and check the truck attachment jaws.

Monthly
• Undertake complete lubrication, lubricating the three points indicated in the diagram below
using the special lubricator.

Do not use grease containing molybdenum bi-sulphide for lubrication.

Every 200 hours (version PRC.T only)


• Lubricate the slide runners.

Every 2000 hours (version PRC.T only)


• Check the wear of the jack seals and replace if necessary.
