On the 16th of May we bought our ingredients once again for the 4th week of
selling our products. We still bought our ingredients at puregold so that we can just buy it
in one go.

This day was the day we created our product’s mixture and proceeded with the
following procedure:

• Heat 4L of water and put 1/4kg cornstarch then mix it thoroughly until it
boils.

• Then add 1 and ½ sugar, 3 cans evap milk, shake powder and let it cool.

• Using a funnel, pour in the mixture in ice candy bags. To avoid leaks,
make sure to secure the bag by tying the knot tight.

• Put it in the freezer. After 2-3 hours, flip the ice candies and continue to
freeze it until completely frozen.

On the 18th of May we started selling our product inside DNHS again because the
limited face to face classes have resumed and then again a lot of students bought our ice
candy on that day.

On the 19th of May was the last day we sold our products for the week and it was also
another successful week of product selling as the classes were resumed.
