1. What did you like about your product? (Be specific about taste, texture and appearance.)
I liked that the taste was sweet, but also savoury
I liked the appearance of the cake because it was small, cute, and really smooth. The little crunch on
the base of it was nice as well.
2. What did you dislike about your product? (Be specific about taste, texture and appearance.)

I didn’t like the grainy texture as much.

It was a little undercooked, so the middle was chewy, which was nice but got a bit annoying in certain
ones where it was extra undercooked

Justification of changes
3. If you could make any changes to your plan/product what would it be and why? (Here you need to
list and justify any changes you made to your final product & plan for making)
1. Use caster sugar instead to make the texture smoother
2. Bake for a little longer to fully cook all the To eliminate the little bit of extra annoying
way to the middle chewiness in the middle
3. Maybe use a smoother red bean paste To make it a bit smoother

Add on as many changes to the table
