homophones, in order to describe our reality, using
adjectives to emphasize relevant characteristics in

passive statements, using transitional words and September
adjectives to create and organize opinions, 8th
thoughts and arguments related to our reality.
To put into practice, the vocabulary related to
clothes, famous places and homonyms /
homophones in order to describe our modern
lifestyle using adjectives to provide details in a
coherent way.

To create a descriptive report, presenting specific
details related to a significant event ( present or
PRAGMATIC past) of our reality taking into account writing
Writing, support resources such as punctuation marks,

class.
To describe a significant event for our society,
taking into account the correct use of connectors, July 4th /

To identify important details in a piece of reading
(the war of the world) such as key words, main
ideas and secondary ideas, in order to establish a
logical relationship between those elements to
answer literal and inferential questions in English.
To use specific pieces of information (key words,
main ideas, secondary ideas), to complete specific
pieces of reading and to answer closed questions
(literal and inferential), identifying the real intention
of those questions and the correct answers.

To develop a reading exercise with proposals on

the consumption and responsible production of
food in our modern world.

To categorize relevant pieces of information
related to famous role models and how their lives
influenced our context in order to answer multiple
SOCIO- choice questions.
LINGUISTIC
Listening
Speaking, To participate in a communicative event called
“The Greatest Influence In My Life”, using the
vocabulary and the grammatical structures
practiced in class to talk about the greatest role
models in our society.
To differentiate specific pieces of information by July 4th /
using some audio recording exercises related to September
relevant role models; keeping in mind, the
vocabulary and the grammatical structures 8th
practiced in class.
To establish a communicative process, expressing
different descriptions related to a famous role model
contextualizing his / her real influence in our
society; (taking into account a correct
pronunciation and fluency.
