SUBJECT: Orientation / Reorientation Post-Event Updates

Greetings to all.

We thank those who have attended our onboarding activities, particularly the Freshmen
Orientation Program (for new students) and the College Reorientation Session (for
upperclassmen).

Based on records, however, there are some students who were unable to attend the
aforementioned activities. These students are instructed to access the following links to view the
recording of the said activities:

Freshmen Orientation Link (see note* below)

College Reorientation Link (automatically connects to the video)

*Note: For those accessing the Freshmen Orientation Link, follow the steps below:

Step 1: After clicking the link above, you will be directed to the Panopto Sign-in Page.
Step 2: Click the drop-down button, and select “Panopto Integration.”
Step 3: Click “Sign In.” You will then be directed to the UST Cloud Campus page.
Step 4. Log in using your credentials. The Freshmen Orientation Video will then be viewable.

After watching the recording, you need to accomplish the attestation, certifying that you have
understood all the guidelines and provisions discussed, especially those contained in the UST
Student Handbook. The QR code can be accessed in the recording itself. Do note that the
attestation must be accomplished on or before August 31, 2023.
