COURSE DESCRIPTION A course that explores the use and force of statutes and the principles and methods of their construction and interpretation.
ESSENTIAL OUTCOMES 
At the end of the course, the students must be able to understand the fundamental concepts, principles, relevant cases, and rules in statutory
construction.
COURSE REQUIREMENTS AND Active participation in all class standing activities such as recitation, case digest, among others. Submission of written requirements on the
METHODOLOGY appointed time or deadline. Midterm and Final Examinations.

GRADING  MIDTERM GRADE = 50% Class Standing + 50% Midterm Exam


SYSTEM   30% Midterm Grade* + 35% Post Midterm Class Standing + 35% Final Exams = FINAL GRADE

Minimum passing level (MPL) = 75% 

CLASS POLICY Closed book policy. Students should keep their mobile phones on silent mode during class.  No looking at the gadgets once called on to recite.

In case there will be online classes, the name to appear on Zoom should follow this format: Surname, First Name_Section.
