RE: APPLICATION TO SUPPLY AND FIT SPEED GOVERNORS TO YOUR FLEET OF VEHICLES
Fleet Watch is a Ugandan company that was established as a direct response to the emerging trends in the
fleet management business of commercial and private vehicles with main focus on safety, security,
efficiency and among others to minimize the risks associated with vehicle investment. Our mission is to

with a recommended speed of 80 K.P.H.
Fleet Watch offers a wide range of products and services i.e. supplies and fits Speed Governors, Engine
Protectors and GPS Tracking Systems. We fit these equipment’s from our fitment center. For the speed
governor, we issue a speed limiter certificate for the vehicle and refer you to Transport Licensing Board
(T.L.B) Ministry of Works for further approval after which a certificate is also issued. We supply and fit
quality and durable Speed Governors to client satisfaction from Germany, Italy and South Africa and have
been approved by the Government. Speed Governors are devices used to measure and regulate the speed
of vehicles and in Uganda; it’s a statutory requirement as stated above. Speed Governors play a vital role in
