SUBJECT: PROCEDURE FOR MACHINE OPERATION (WARNING)

With due respect to safety rules and regulations

of the work shop, we are requesting all trainees to refrain from operating any
type of machine with in the work shop or company machine out side the work
shop while not under a direct instruction of a senior mechanic who has also been
authorized to operate by recognized authorities.
Note;
i. Trainees are not allowed to operate any company machine with in or out
side company premises unless he or she is under the instruction of an
authorized personnel. The authorized personnel shall posses a driving or
operating permit with a class that suits the operation category.
ii. Any one operating a machine (applying to work shop staff), should posses
a valid driving permit with a valid class
iii. All non work shop staff/contractor are strongly advised to refrain from
operating any company machine whether with or with out a valid driving
permit.
iv. Operating of a machine as non work shop staff/contractor/trainee with in
the work shop premises or a company machine outside the work shop
may result to a grave disciplinary action or may be extended to
terminating of your contract with the company.

NOTE: In case of any accident, or damaging of a machine as a result of poor

operation of un authorized personnel;
