Payment Terms

1. 50% advance to be made against the purchase order. PO will be valid only with
payment.
2. 25% part payment after 30 days from the date of Purchase Order.
3. 20% part payment should be made during trial run at our premises.
4. 5% of remaining payment should be made before delivery of the machine.

Terms and Conditions

1. Quotation is valid only for 30 days

2. Price quoted is exclusive of all taxes applicable
3. Machine delivery time is 90 days from the date of purchase order.
4. Wooden case packing if needed, will be charged extra at actual
5. Trial run for your machine can be taken at our factory premises in Bangalore to your
satisfaction
6. Our engineers will be there for erection and training purpose after the machine
reaches you.
7. Boarding & lodging facilities, along with the travel expenses for our engineers should
be borne by you.
8. Machine is guaranteed for one year from the date of installation only against
mechanical and manufacturing defects if any.
