● Subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction only. ● Goods once sold will not be taken back or will be replaced by
us.
● Packing, Forwarding, Cartage, Loading and Unloading Charges will be extra
● Present applicable taxes will be applied/charged extra.
● Ghani Machine is not a fully automatic machine, it is to be manually operated and the same depends
on the skill and experience of the person operating the machine.
● Experienced operator is required for working/operating of Portable Power Ghani Machine, Ghani
operator must have sufficient required knowledge, experience, skill and qualification to operate the
Ghani machine and must know the complete process and procedure of operation of the Ghani Machine,
before operating the machine, if not, then we the manufacturer are not responsible in any manner for
the Ghani Machine or its parts.
●To get the oil, kacharia and other things form Ghani Machine , Ghani operator should have a complete
knowledge of processing to get the oil , kacharia and other products form Ghani Machine, otherwise it
will not give the sufficient required output, as it solely depends on the operator.
●Oil, kacharia and other product’s quality and quantity depends on the quality of raw material used and
knowledge, skill
and experience of Ghani Operator.
● Lat and fatcher are made up of wood, so weather may be affected to it and hence sufficient
procurement from weather/moisture is required.
●There will be no Guarantee for black oil, after re-fitting of drum or in case of new drum/or after
replacement of any parts of Ghani machine/parts.
 ● All goods are forwarded/delivered at customer’s risk, we take no responsibility and liability towards
damage, loss, wear and tear of goods/machine etc. during transportation etc.
● Our risk, responsibility and liability ceases a er the delivery of goods from our factory premises.
● Check/inspect the total goods/machine/parts before taking its delivery from factory premises,
thereafter we will be not liable and responsible in case of any problem/defects occurred thereafter.
● No installation facility provided by us.
● No customer site service provided by us, such as repairing & services, incl. a er sales services, but the
same is available with extra charges, such as visit charges/parts replacement charges etc.
● We undertake repairing and services at factory premises only. Carting, loading and unloading charges
will be extra to be borne by the customer.
● Hike in price of goods/machine/parts etc. a er placing an order and before it’s delivery, customer will
be liable to pay higher price existing on the date of delivery of goods/machine/parts.
● We will not be liable and responsible in case of low or improper produc on or low/ average output of
oil or kachria, due to inexperienced operator of Machine/Ghani or defects of raw-materials, goods/
machines/parts.
● We do not give any type of Guarantee or Warrantee on goods/ Portable Power Ghani machine and its
parts etc. and also on all other products/parts supplied by us.
● Party is requested to remain personally present at the time of the delivery of the machine, later
on no complain regarding the damage/loss to the machine in transportation will be entertained.
● Payment to be made in cash, D.D.(payable at Ahmedabad only) and direct deposited in bank A/c only.
No cheques are accepted.
● If the customer fails to take the delivery in stated me, then no advance amount will be refunded and
order will be treated as
cancelled/terminated.
●.If order placed by customer is not fulfilled in me by us due to any reasons, then in such cases we will
refund the advance amount paid by customer without any interest, cost or extra charges etc.
● We will not be responsible for any damage, loss, wear and tear if occurred during the re-fitting and
repairs of Ghani machine or replacing of its parts, or to its parts such as drum, lat etc.
●There will be no Guarantee for black oil after re-fitting of drum or in new drum/or after
replacement of any parts of machine/goods.
● 50% of total price of goods/machines/parts to be paid in advance and balance amount to be paid at
the time of taking delivery of goods/machine/parts.
● It is advisable to take the delivery of goods/machine through transport having transit insurance, and
such insurance to be covered by the customer.
● We will not be responsible for damage/loss/wear and tear etc. if occurred during the repairing and
service of goods/machine.

● In case of any dispute, only Ahmedabad Courts will have Jurisdic on.
