 All prices are Ex-Factory / Ex-Works. Price validity: 30 days. Taxes are not included and hence to be charged Extra as and where applicable.
 Ex-Factory Delivery Period: 30 days or subject to the availability of the goods.
 Payment: 50% of the prices to be paid in advance along with the order and the balance in full before dispatch from our end.
 *Production Capacity: All figures as mentioned are dependent on the Raw-material conditions which are being used as input and on the man power being used to
operate the machine.

 All Spare Parts can be made available on chargeable basis, whenever required. Dispatch charges Extra. Main Switch, Starter and extension wirings for electric motor
are not provided with the Order as it is recommended to be purchased locally so that it is conducive for exchange during troubleshooting.
 Warranty: All kinds of manufacturing defects for non-movable parts would be covered under warranty for 1 year from the Billing Date. For all bought out items, the
original manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions would be applicable. Same would be applicable for Electric Motor / Diesel Engine which would have a
warranty of 1 year. No Warranty for Movable parts, as they are subjected to wear and tear due to usage and operator’s handling. We will not be responsible for any
accident or damage caused by improper handling, misuse or non-maintenance of the machine or accessories.
 Acceptance of Goods: If the Client / his representative fail to arrive for Final Inspection, on being informed about the same, then it will be considered that the
ordered machine perfectly suits his requirement and is completely free from any manufacturing defects. No complaints would be entertained in this regards, ever in
future. Machine / goods once sold would not be taken back.
 Final Inspection: Final inspection would be carried out at our place with Clients raw material. We will inform the inspection date. Client has to send the raw material
beforehand itself.
 Demurrage Charges: Any delay from the client’s end in depositing Balance Payment after machine readiness information is passed onto him, then in such a scenario
demurrage charges would be charged on monthly basis on the balance amount.
 Freight: Machine will be dispatched on “To Pay” basis, where in the client needs to deposit the Transportation Charges at the Transporter’s local office, while taking
the delivery. Transit Insurance is Client’s responsibility. 1% of the total Basic Cost would be charged extra against Handling & Forwarding Charges upto Transporter’s
Place at Nagpur.
 Erection & Commissioning: If required, then technician’s service charges, to and fro ticket charges, plus lodging / boarding charges will be charged extra.
