Basic Machines is all the mechanical Assembly working in correct manner, powder coated fabrication guards/
covers mounted on machine, Coolant System. Two set of fixture for component holding shall be provided
along with machines for set of operations.

Base Price of the machine as per fore described shall be Rs. 11,25,000.00/- (Rs. Eleven Lakh Twenty Five
Thousands only) excluding applicable TAX.

Quoted price is inclusive of trial run of machine prior to confirmation by your official person at our facility for
one batch of unit of any one type of product. Component for trial shall be supplied by customer at no
additional charges. Any addition/approval requirement pertaining to machine attachment shall be charged
extra.

PAYMENT TERMS
 Order Advance of 50% of total amount of machine as Order Advance at the time of placing irrevocable
order for the machine with us.
 Balance Payment against pro-forma invoice due upon trial/approval & acceptance of the machine at our
factory, & prior to dispatch of the goods.
 All payments must be by Cheque/NEFT/RTGS to our bank account at Ahmedabad.
Delivery Lead Time:
Delivery lead time around 14 to 18 Weeks. This however, is subject to confirmation at the time of accepting the
order. Complete trial & approval of machine at our factory prior to delivery/dispatch. Material (i.e. components)
for the pre-trials by us, and for acceptance/approval trials by you to be provided by the customer at no cost to us.

Operating Sequence
Blade FACE
 Mount blade on Electro Magnetic/ Manual type Permanent Magnet Chuck at
0 degree of Swivel table
 Specially designed fixture to lock the blade along longitudinal side.
 Ground 1st Face as per desire.
 Now Ground 2nd Face wrt to 1st face to its geometrical dimensions

Blade Width
 Mount workpiece to specially designed fixture for its width grinding
perpendicular to swivel table.
 Give vertical feed to grinding wheel to ground 1st width
 Ground 2nd width as per dimension wrt 1st width.

Tip
 Mount workpiece to specifically designed fixture for its tip grinding
 Give relevant degree rotation to swivel table for tip grinding as per dimension
 Give vertical feed to ground tip as per specification through controller

Length of Blade
 Length of the blade shall be accommodate to Second SPM, solely for length
maintaining purpose.
 Workpiece length can be maintain by stopper, specifically designed for length
setting as per user defined value. (Range –upto 50mm)
 Longi slide i.e Longi traverse is manually operated slide parallel to Cup wheel
face for Length grindng purpose
  Length of the blade shall be the last operation done on specially designed
fixture for length. Cross feed shall applied to Slide for relevant cut for each
longi pass until stopper touch to the cross slide
