Date when the activity was conducted: November 17, 2021

Venue: Tagcatong, Carmen Agusan Del Norte

Brief Description of the Venue: The venue was at the seashore of Tagcatong, it was very
rocky and a little muddy soil. The area is very clean and very refreshing.

Number of Scouts, Scout Leaders and Other Partners Participated:

It was composed of 30 Senior scouts, 10 Rover Scouts, 15 Adults

Number of Trees Planted 1,500 ( if the activity is tree planting ) / Number of Sacks of
Trash: Collected ( if the activity is community clean-up ) / Others:
The total amount of trees planted was one thousand five hundred pieces.

Brief Narrative Account of the Activity:

The BSP-Agsuan Council joined the call of the Department of Public Works and Highways office for their Tree Planting
Activity, Headed by Regional Director Nomer Abel P. Canlas. The chosen location of the said TREE PLANTING were
in the area of Tagcatong, Carmen Agusan del Norte. There were 30 Senior scouts and 10 Rover Scouts with 15 Adults
who joined planting the mangrove plants and also cleaning up the seashore of the location, we planted 1,500 pieces of
the plant and we disposed of the garbage we have collected while cleaning. We then disposed of the garbage to the
littering area in BSP CAMPSITE, Alubihid, Buenavista, Agusan del Norte.
