1. PHYSICAL ARRANGEMENT
a. Chair assignments inside the church (family of celebrant, guest priest and Bishop, friends, etc)
b. Clergy dressing area ( Mother Butler)
c. Proposed tent outside church in the parking in case there are insufficient seats available.
d. Cleaning & preparing venue & comfort rooms) 2 days prior to scheduled event.
e. Setting up the ff: Electric fan, sound system, bath soup, pail, toilet papers (in comfort rooms),
f. Maintains the cleanliness of the event area before and after the celebration
g. Assign trash bins and other orderly concerns.
2. SECURITY / MARSHALS
a. Assign parking area
b. Secure dressing areas of clergy
c. Maintain foot traffic within the event area
d. Address attendees/delegates their concern
e. Takes care of the IATF Covid 19 health protocols
f. Assist in maintaining orderly during procession.
3. MEDICAL
a. In charge with any medical emergencies during the event.
5. LAYOUT DESIGN
a. Coordinate with Hermana Mayor about the design and motif of event.
b. Design Invitation
c. Produce the theme of the celebration (using photoshop & etc.)
6. FOOD
a. Contact catering services (food, chairs)
b. Coordinate with registration committee regarding chair assignments of guest.
8. WORSHIP / MASS –
a. He/She shall, together with his members, plan the liturgical programs and activities of the parish.
b. He/She shall coordinate with the liturgical organizations of the parish like altar servers, Lectors-
Commentators, Special Ministers of Holy Eucharist. Communion and the Music Ministry for the effective
performance of their duties.

a. Provide venue for the event.
