3. Students read and understand the WARNING and CAUTION notes as stipulated in the Manual.
PROCEDURE
1. A sandwich panel with consist of woven fabric and honeycomb will be prepared according
to figure 1.
2. Mark the given fibre and honeycomb according to the given dimensions in the drawings

3. Cut the fabric and honeycomb core according to the marking line with the cutting tool
instructed by the trainer. The fibreglass fabric cut into 4 plies in (0,90) direction and 4 plies
in (+45) as in the ply table.
4. Trim two edges of honeycomb core based on the ribbon direction as per below figure.
