Leadership

A good leader should possess good qualities like honesty,

respect, loyalty and courage. These qualities define someone
to be called a great leader. A leader should be a good listener
as well, to be able to connect to his followers. A better
understanding of ones needs can be use as a starting point of
his leaderships.

My parents are great leaders in my life. Like my father, he

motivates me and trains me to be prepared all the time.
My mother on the other hand, teaches me to be always
positive, be honest, always do my best and a lot more positive
attitudes that will help me to be a better person.
I can also consider all the Presidents from different countries
as great leaders. They managed the entire country to
implement peace and order and secure the economic stability.

A school program that I would like to introduce and

implement is the awareness of proper disposal of garbage and
cleanliness to school premises. As an advocate of saving our
environment, I want my fellow students to be more disciplined
and be aware of the effect to the environment. I want our
school to be clean because if our school was dirty, germs can
spread all over the school. If our school was dirty, more
students could get sick due to the germs. To keep our school
clean, we should not litter and we should throw our trash in
the garbage can. We should always keep our school clean so
that we can reduce the spread of any viruses.
