I. Make an essay about “Leaders I Admire”. Identify the leader who exemplified
these traits of an effective leader.
The leader I admire is the President of the United States: Barack Obama. He is a
great leader, tolerant of others and respect all people. He believes in equality and
he is always thinking of new and easy steps to improve people’s life. He is a very
calm individual and shows great passion in every decisions that he makes. He
always mentions in his speech to have obligation to treat each other with dignity
and respect, provide every child with decent education. He work for the future
of his nation and confident about the steps that he takes by strengthening the
political control aver the economy and replacing individualism with collectivism
and self-determination with community governance. He conveys to the world to
live for their family and people for whom they are responsible for. Barack
Obama is truly a wonderful and inspiring leader with his lovely wife and
children. I learn a lot through his speech and get motivated by his values and
principles which he show to the world. Being a great person, he is determined
and full with positive energy to bring out a bright future of the world and its
people. I heartily salute him for being a great inspiration.
II. Answer the following questions.

1. Why is it important to develop a sense of leadership?

It is important to develop a sense of leadership because leadership is an important

function of management which helps to maximize efficiently and to achieve
organizational goals. It also acts as motivational tool by showing right path and
bringing confidence to everyone.

2. Do you possess traits of a leader?

Yes because team leaders have posseses qualities, such as compassion and integrity, or
learn leadership skills through formal traing and experience. The qualities oa an effective
team leader inspire the trust and respect of the team and stimulate production within the
workplace.

3. What type of leader you are? Describe yourself in relation with the type of a leader you
possess.
 I'm a type of leader as a leader that have to be an energetic, a positive thinker, a firm
believer, a motivational, speaker, and a man of principles.
4. What do you think of the important attitudes of a leader in addressing the different
problems in our government?

The important attitudes of leader in addressing is a motivational, doing right things and
self confidence, because it helps the government to mind a positive solution to a problem
and it motivate the government to pursue the problem to have a Positive mind and to got a
solution to a problem.
5. Leadership also means “doing the right things.”
How the ten (10) virtues help students to always do what is right?

It helps the students to always do right because the pursue them and they give such as
privacy and freedom, while student listening to doing the right things because they know
virtues are positive character traits or attitude that an individual may strive toward in
pursuance of becoming a better person.
