I. Course Description
Organization and Management is design to familiarize the students with basic concepts,
principles and process related to business organization, and functional areas of
management.
II. Course Objectives
This course aims to achieve the following:

 acquaint the student in the different knowledge about management, and manager
skills; and firms and its environment

 engage students in critical thinking activity and real life problem solving activity

 expose student in planning and exercise critical thinking.

V. Course Policies
A. The maximum allowable number of hours of absences inclusive of tardiness is ten (10). An
approved absence shall be treated accordingly based on the provisions on your student
handbook.
B. Other provisions stipulated in the student handbook will be enforced. Students who have
violated and other related offenses will not be permitted to attend classes without being
cleared by the Student Affairs Office or the Guidance Office.
C. Each student is expected to participate in all the group activity.
D. All homework and other assigned coursework must be submitted on time.
E. Late submission of each group activity is deducted 2 pts from the actual score.
