Thank you so much for downloading this workbook. I hope it will help you on
your self-love journey.

How to use this workbook?

The idea of this workbook is to give you a better understanding of your


relationship with yourself and how to take the first steps to improve it. I will
make more workbooks that will give more assignments.
(so make sure to follow my blog marisshares.com)
This one is really to get you started.

In this workbook you can find:


- What is self-love
- Are you loving yourself?
- Quiz (take this quiz to see how your relationship is at the moment. You can
score mostly 1's, 2's, 3's, 4's, or 5's). You will get a score and a little advice. But
mostly it is meant to give you a starting point. After some weeks you take this
test again.
- Negative Thoughts Assignment - how does negative thinking help you?
Transform them into thoughts that will benefit you.
- Goals - write down 4 main goals you want to work on.
After you have done this, write them down in more detail on the next page.
Write down all the steps you need to take. Also, write down the steps in detail on
to the next pages.
- Self-love weekly planner - I have included a self-love planner so you can keep
track of your daily/weekly goals =)!
- Take the self-love quiz again after a few weeks (take it as many times as you
want) to see the progress.
- How are the results? What do you still want to work on?

What is self-love?
Self-Love is the way you talk to yourself, how you think of
yourself, how you treat yourself.

Some examples:
Being honest with yourself

The way you speak to yourself

The way you treat yourself

Having boundaries

Respecting your body

Listening to the signals of your body

and much much more

Even when you think you do, the reality could surprise you.

When was the last time you gave yourself a compliment?

When was the last time you criticized yourself?

Take the test on the next page to determine your starting point. The score will
give you a good idea of what you need to work on for more self-love.

After a few weeks, take the test again and see how much progress you have

I scored mostly:

5's
You are killing it already! What an awesome score.
You really show yourself love. But even when you score this
good. There is ALWAYS room for improvement. Make sure
you keep this up and improve where needed.

4's
You scored really well. You love yourself most of the time.
But you do feel there is room for a lot of improvement. Look at the
questions where you scored under a 4 and work on those.

3's
You scored mostly 3's. This means you are not "bad" at loving
yourself, but it is also something you need to work on. Make sure the
goals you create for yourself include the topics on which you scored a
3 or less.

2's
You know what the great thing is about scoring a little low? You have
so much room for growth. This workbook will help you so much. Make
sure to take the test again in a few weeks. I am sure you will score
higher if you really implement self-love in your daily life.

1's
First. Let me tell you that you are worthy of love, so so much. And I am
sorry to see how you don't feel the same. But it is okay, you can
change the way you treat yourself. That is why you got this workbook.

Negative Thoughts Assignment

Whenever you have a negative thought, write it down.

Be brutally honest here. Do this for a few days.


After you have your list of negative thoughts, write down what they give you.

Write down if these thoughts actually help you?


Do they make you feel better?
Have they protected you from hurt?

Change these negative thoughts into something more positive. What thought
instead of this one, will actually benefit me?

Don't think you have to get "rid" of every negative thought. You are human, and
we all have negative thoughts and will keep having them.

This is just about recognizing them and gain insight into how they work for
you.

You can use the next page to keep track of your thoughts.

First write down your negative thoughts and how these work for you.

On the other page write down a more positive thought for it and how this will
benefit you.

It is time for you to write down your goals to improve your self-love.

If you have that is amazing and that means you really have put in the effort and
worked hard on yourself.

If you haven't scored higher, don't stress about it. If you have put in the effort, it
will just take a little more time. And that is okay.

But if you haven't put in the effort and you do want changes, start over and this
time take it more seriously.

Your self-love journey has no end. It is something you always have to keep
working on.

So, even when you scored a lot better. Make sure to keep up the good work
and challenge yourself with new goals.
