Project Title: Project BTS (Bringing Technical Supervision) for Learners at Risk

Problem Statement: This year, 2022-2023, 3 learners from Elemetary belong to "LARDOS"
(Learners At Risks of Dropping Out) and 20 Students in Highschool are
“SARDO’s (Students At Risks of Dropping Out)

Objective: To reduce the number of LARDOs and SARDO’s in school by at least

4% annually.
Root Cause: 1. Unfortunate participation of students
2. Absence of guardians concern and help.
3. Not focused on academics or having difficulty in school
