OF TEACHERS IN PUBLIC SECONDARY SCHOOLS

1. The use of the Color Cocling $cheme {Rainbow Spectrum) for the
deployment of teachers in public sehools hqs been in place since SY 2003-2004.
It was nofed, however, that the existing color codes do not address the actual
requirements in public secondary schools where teachers are assigned

2. Effective SY 2009-201O, the following Revised Color Coding Scheme fcrr


Public Secondary Schools witl be adopted and shall henceforth be used in the
coinputation of teacher requirernents for pubLic secondary schools for the
succeeding school year:
