LMS WELCOME EMAIL – PASSWORD CREATION
Upon the creation of your account, an automatic LMS notification with the Subject Line: CPaT Learning
Management System Access will be delivered to your email. The email contains the LMS website link as well the
link to use to create your password. See the example email below.
Note: The password link is only valid for 48 hours after the delivery of the email. If you attempt to click the link
and it has expired, utilize the Forgot Password option on the LMS website to set your password.

If you are in need of assiatnce, click the “Support” link, which will provide
the contact information for our Support Team.
FAQ
Logging in takes you to the Dashboard, where you will see Upcoming Due Dates, New Assignments, and All
Assignments, which lists all of the curriculums currently assigned to your account. Click on the desired curriculum
to view the courseware. Click the course name to see an expanded list of lessons available.

Click the green arrow to launch the module for the lesson you wish to take.
COMPLETION REPORT
To check the status of your coursework, select the “Completion Report” link from the top. Here you will find a list
of your complete and incomplete course modules, along with, course total time, relevant scores (if applicable),
and completion dates.
Click the “Library” link to access additional relevant training modules. These will provide additional information
for your perusal and review. Please note, this material does not count towards coursework completion.

CPAT MOBILE APPLICATION
To access the LMS from a mobile device, go to the iTunes or Google Play stores and search for CPaT Global,
where the CPaT mobile app is available for download. Once downloaded, launch the app and you will be
prompted to enter your email and password you created, as well as selecting the appropriate LMS from the
dropdown selection.
If you have forgot your Password, clicking the Forgot Password button which prompt a pop-up that will require
you to enter your email. A reset email will be sent to your address that contains a link for you to reset your
password.

DELETING/REDOWNLOADING LESSONS
If you are ready to delete a lesson, or if the lesson did not properly download, click the icon will prompt the
following message to display “Delete Local Lesson Contents?” Click the red Delete button
SYNCHING PROGRESS
OFFLINE SYNCING
When completing courseware offline, in
the top right-hand corner of the app, a red
message will appear that states: “You have
un-synched progress” . You will also see a
red Not Synced message in the bottom
right-hand corner of the app. Upon
reconnecting to the internet. these alerts
will go away. An automatic sync will ensure
that your completion data is sent to the
LMS and accessible to your company
administrators.

ONLINE SYNCING
When completing courseware online,
completion data is automatically synced to the
LMS while online. In the top right-hand corner
of the app, you will see a message that states:
All assignments have been synced. You will
also see a green Synced message in the
bottom right-hand corner of the app. Upon
completion.
FORCE SYNC
Clicking the button will prompt the popup below to appear. Clicking OK will instruct the app to
perform an additional sync.

LESSO N CONTENT UPDATES
If a lesson update occurs while it is downloaded, you will see the following icon: Along with a message that
reads: “A newer version of the assignment is available.” Clicking the icon will re-download the lesson, which will
ensure you have the latest version of the material.

PHONE HOME – OFFLINE ACCOUNT VERIFICATION
Before verification is required, users will also receive countdown reminders at the top of the Assignments panel,
alerting them of the upcoming verification requirement.
SUPPORT
While using the app, if you require assistance, click the Support button in the top right-hand corner of the
application. Clicking this button will launch you out of the app and into your device’s web browser, which will host
the 24/7 chat support service available to CPaT clients!
