You are hereby granted permission under sub Section (5) of section 39 of the Himachal Pardesh
Town and country Planning Act. 1977 (Act No. 12 of 1977) under Composition of Offences for
regularization of 6 No. of story for Commercial use carried out/Constructed on land bearing
Khasra No. 1285 1286 1287 Mohal BHAGSUNATH ward No._______ of Dharamshala Municipal
corporation area with the following conditions :-

1. No further construction shall be carried out without prior approval from the competent authority in future.
2. The Applicant is entirely responsible for the building constructed as per the safety requirements including
safety from natural hazards and earth quake resistance as per the Structural Stability Certificate issued by the
Structural Engineer.
3. Fee Deposited is subject to verification by the audit, Any additional amount pointed out by the audit later on
shall have to be deposited by applicant.
4. Provision of barrier free access to the building for disable person is compulsory.
5. Construction of rain water harvesting tank of appropriate capacity @ 20 liters above 200 sqmt roof
top area of Building is mandatory.
6. The provision of sewerage and drainage shall be the exclusive responsibility of the applicant.
7. The applicant shall be sole responsible for disposal of muck/debris to the sites designated for this purpose by
the Dharamshala Municipal Corporation.
8. The building shall be constructed taking into consideration all aspeet of Solar Passive Design, under
supervision of qualified Architect/Engineer.
9. This Department shall not be responsible for any kind of dispute as this permission is granted on the basis of
revenue documents and affidavit submitted with the case. In case of any dispute regarding
ownership/possession of land/plot boundary, applicant shall be sole responsible to solve the same at his own
level.
