In this regard it is submitted that the above said project has been awarded to M/s SMC
Infrastructures Private Limited from NHAI HQ, Delhi. The EPC Contractor M/s SMC Infrastructures
Private Limited has requested vide letter under reference for the temporary permission for
excavation & transportation of Suitable Soil to be used in the construction of captioned Project
Highway at the following khasra number in the respective village:-
