Sub: request for approval towards engagement of team for dismantling of staging done for grouting
of ESR at iti zonal pump station of bsrj Rourkela.

During the completion of punch points at rourkela, to arrest leakage at ESR tank, staging work was
carried out. Now, as the work was completed, it was suggested by clients to remove the staging
and commission the zonal pump station and ESR tank.

For, de-staging of the same, after discussion with local vendors, one vendor named Uma Shankar
pal has come forward to complete the work on lump sum basis and had quote rates amounting to
35000 RS/-.

On calculation of the total work done and after further negotiations, the agency has agreed to
complete the work at an amount of 30000 rs/- . In this regards, approval is requested for payment
of the amount to MR.. Uma shankar pal and the details of the agency are attached along with this
ioc for processing of payment.
