Subject: Regarding Inquiry of Sh. Sunil Kumar JE

Reference: In this office letter no PRG/SE/2023/30 Dated 15/5/2023
1599 dated 19/5/2023 and repeated telephonic verbal talks by Sh. Roop Hooda then SE PR, Now CE PR Chandigarh.
In the above said matter vide order no. AA-6/2022/79187 dated 18/7/2022 of director of Development and Panchayat Department Haryana dated Superintending
Engineer PR Gurugram and XEN PR Palwal have been appointed as enquiry officer and presenting officer respectively.
In the continuation this office vide letter no PRG/SE/2023/30 dated 15/5/2023 you were asked to present the facts and documents related to the enquiry on
19/5/2023, but no such was presented by you.
Again vide letter no PRG/SE/2023/248 dated 19/5/2023 it was directed to examine the facts stated before enquiry officer by the employee that he was not posted
in Hathin Block during the period i.e. for which development work and vouchers were requested to enquire and examine in the complaint including whether the assessment and
verification of it was made in the M B after October 2018 it was sought report in the matter be submitted by 20/5/2023.
After a gap of certain time finding no response and report Sh. Roop Hoda then SE PR now Chief Engineer personally, repeatedly twice or thrice spoke
telephonically to you for the early submission of the report
Till date no report from you has been received from you resulting delay in compliance and reporting in the matter which is put up for hearing in LOK AYUKT on 11/8/20223
Now you are again directed to send the demanded report by tomorrow noon so that the report could be submitted to the Director Panchayati Raj.
You will be responsible for any lapse if occurred.
