Sub: Assets Failure Position for FY 2023-24 w.r.t last year upto
June.
Ref: Railway Board Director (E&R) letter No.2023/E&R/2(3)/1 dated
24.07.2023

Vide Railway Board letter under reference, the cumulative performance of

the asset failure position upto june’23 has been reviewed by the Board’s office
which has suggested to identify the causes of deterioration and to take
corrective steps to improve the performance in coming month and also
demanded the remarks on the deteriorating position in 9 categories as enclosed
below.

It is therefore requested to please send the remarks and action taken in

this regard to this office by 04.08.2023 positively in order to further advise the
Railway Board.
